Augusta has continued to humble Bryson DeChambeau as a lost ball in the second round continued his horror start at the US Masters.
The American was confident coming into the Masters, but after a horrible first-round performance where he admitted he got "greedy", he didn't fare better on day two.
DeChambeau had a birdie on the second hole, but followed it up with a triple-bogey on the third as he was haunted by a lost ball.
Despite hitting his tee shot around 30m from the green, no-one was able to locate the ball inside the three minutes required, even with a monster search party in tow.
"So you're saying if we can't find it, it's a lost ball?" a frustrated DeChambeau asked an official after he was warned that he had 30 seconds remaining to locate the ball.
The incident also highlighted one of the quirks of having no fans at the tournament this year.
