The Footy Show Grand Final Eve: My Room Telethon airs tonight at 7.30pm on Nine (Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia)
The Grand Final Footy Show will return to Nine tonight as the biggest names in TV, sport and music join forces to raise money for childhood cancer.
The Footy Show has teamed up with My Room Telethon for a special edition on Grand Final Eve, where it's hoped $1 million can be raised.
For viewers in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia, the show will be live on Nine at 7.30pm. Viewers can also tune in to 9Now to catch it all.
The Sunday Footy Show's panel of Tony Jones, Billy Brownless, Nathan Brown, Matthew Lloyd, Damian Barrett and Kane Cornes, will be joined for the Telethon by Rebecca Maddern and Shane Crawford.
Maddern told Wide World of Sports she hoped viewers at home could give generously as the show looks to hit the $1 million target.
"It's going to be absolutely fantastic we've got all the big names for two important reasons, obviously it's grand final eve and it's a little strange here in Victoria, so we need some entertainment," she said.
"But also, we're combining that with the My Room Telethon which is really dear to my heart and really important to Channel Nine.
"We have got a target of raising $1 million through the Telethon.
"It's really important for this organisation, like many charities across Australia, all of their fund-raising efforts have been wiped out this year.
"We're relying on the Telethon to raise as much money as it can.
"We know so many Australians have been under the pump this year, and we just want ever you can afford. One dollar, two dollars or five dollars, everything adds up to that big amount we're aiming for."
With Geelong and Richmond set to clash in Saturday night's AFL Grand Final, Maddern said fans can expect "complete chaos" with The Sunday Footy Show crew set to dive in and tackle the final game of the season.
"I can guarantee viewers can expect complete chaos. That I can guarantee 100 percent," Maddern said.
"The Sunday Footy Show panel, they have so much fun. They're one of my favourite shows on television.
"We've got this great enormous show combined - all the superstars at Channel Nine are coming together for this very great cause and it's going to be fantastic, chaotic and a whole lot of fun."
Bonnie Anderson, winner of The Masked Singer, will deliver a tribute to the doctors and nurses at Monash Children's Hospital, while comedian and one half of Scared Weird Little Guys, Rusty Berther, takes a look back at the footy year.
Other stars such as Hamish Blake, Rebecca Gibney, Scott Cam, Karl Stefanovic, Ally Langdon, Anthony Callea, Tim Campbell, Casey Donovan, Todd Woodbridge, Livinia Nixon, Peter Hitchener, Michelle Payne and many more will throw their support behind the Telethon.
